Our STR Property Management service is ideal for homeowners looking to earn passive income without lifting a finger. Unlike traditional Co-Hosting, this model allows Pride Exclusive Luxury Living to fully lease your property under our business and operate it as a high-end, design-forward short-term rental.

Every space we operate becomes a curated, guest-ready experience, blending strategic hospitality with custom interior styling, elevated amenities, and creative staging that captivates.
How It Works:
This model functions similarly to traditional long-term leasing, but instead of renting to an individual tenant, you lease the property directly to our company. You’ll receive monthly rental income, and we’ll handle the rest — from staging to booking guests to maintaining the property.
We’ll agree on:
- A fixed monthly rental rate (paid by us, as your corporate tenant)
- What’s included in rent (utilities, lawn care, pool maintenance, etc.)
- Who handles repairs or minor maintenance
- Any property-specific preferences or restrictions
Once the lease is signed, we step in and begin transforming the property into a high-performing short-term rental listed and managed under our brand.
